417 REFINE POLICIES

At 417 Refine, we strive to provide exceptional care, professionalism, and a smooth experience for every client. To ensure fairness and proper scheduling for all guests, we kindly ask that all clients review and agree to the following policies prior to booking or receiving services.

Card on File

A valid credit or debit card is required to remain on file in order to secure all appointments. The card on file may be charged for missed appointments, late cancellations, or applicable fees in accordance with the policies listed below.

​

Cancellation Policy

To respect the time of our providers and other clients, we require advance notice for any appointment changes.

Regular providers require cancellations or rescheduling to be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Appointments scheduled with Tiffany require 48 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

Failure to provide proper notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee charged to the card on file; same-day cancellations may be considered a missed appointment.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without providing notice will be charged a $50 no-show fee to the card on file. Multiple missed appointments may require prepayment for future bookings.

Appointment Confirmation for New Clients

New clients scheduling with Tiffany must confirm their appointment within 48 hours of booking via phone, text, or email.

If confirmation is not received within this timeframe, the appointment may be automatically canceled. 

​

Late Arrival Policy

We understand that unexpected delays may occur. Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened to accommodate the next scheduled client.

If the remaining time is insufficient to complete the service, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to the cancellation fee.

Deposits

Certain services, including but not limited to PDO threads and specialty treatments, may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of the service. Deposits may be forfeited if cancellation policies are not followed.

​

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once a service, treatment package, or retail product has been purchased, it is non-refundable and non-transferable. Store credit may be issued at the discretion of 417 Refine in certain circumstances.

​

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

For safety reasons, most aesthetic and medical treatments are not performed on individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding. These treatments may include services such as neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, IV micronutrient infusions (excluding Normal Saline), chemical peels, microneedling, PDO threads, weight loss treatments, and hormone replacement therapy. Services may only be performed if written medical clearance is provided by the client’s OB/GYN.

Communication

We ask that all clients communicate promptly with our office if they need to cancel, reschedule, or anticipate arriving late for an appointment. We understand life happens! Results Disclaimer

Individual results from treatments and services may vary from person to person. While our providers strive to achieve optimal outcomes, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Client Acknowledgment & Consent

By signing consent forms and receiving services at 417 Refine, clients acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

  • I release and hold harmless 417 Refine LLC, its providers, staff, and affiliated entities from liability associated with the voluntary receipt of services.

  • I have been informed of my treatment plan, including expectations, risks, possible side effects, and potential complications.

  • I have had the opportunity to ask questions and have received satisfactory answers prior to treatment.

  • I confirm that I have provided complete and accurate medical history and information relevant to my care. I understand that it is my responsibility to disclose any health conditions, medications, or changes to my medical status.
