Tiffany had 10+ years in Emergency Medicine under her belt when she found her passion for the aesthetic industry. Since then, she has added injectors and aestheticians, 417 Refine Academy and Aligned Affiliates + mentorships, established an additional location in Joplin, and continues to add a range of services to her offerings.
Tiffany currently serves MO, OK, KS, AR, and WA.

Elizabeth is a registered nurse with over 14 years of experience and a diverse range of clinical expertise. Along with a B.S.N., she also has a bachelor's degree in Health Science, which has equipped her to excel in the health and wellness industry. During her tenure as a nurse in the US Navy, Elizabeth recognized the significance of men's health, and since then, she has been passionate about helping men live their best lives. As our men's health specialist, Elizabeth is dedicated to providing male clients with the tools and resources necessary to maintain a healthy lifestyle and achieve optimal performance.
