RN/NP Aesthetic Injector
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Active registered nurse (RN|NP) license in Missouri or compact state
-
Experience as an aesthetic nurse injector strongly preferred but not required with a strong portfolio of satisfied clients

Experience and competence in starting IVs and lab draws preferred
-
Experience with other advanced cosmetic procedures like chemical peels, microneedling, and PRP is preferred but not required
-
Conduct thorough client consultations and develop treatment plans
-
Skilled at assessing facial anatomy and administering injections with precision and attention to detail
-
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and explain procedures clearly and professionally
-
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in patient care
-
Positive and optimistic demeanor with a proactive attitude
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in injecting dermal fillers, neurotoxins, and other advanced aesthetic treatments
-
Perform consultations to assess clients' aesthetic goals and recommend appropriate treatment plans based on individual needs and expectations

Educate clients on post-treatment care and expected outcomes, providing comprehensive instructions and answering any questions or concerns

Maintain accurate client records, documenting treatments, progress notes, and any adverse reactions in compliance with regulatory standards

Create regular branded content for social media

Participate in training sessions, workshops, and continuing education programs to enhance skills and knowledge in aesthetic nursing practices

Provide professional representation and promotion of the 417 Refine brand and provide an overall excellent client experience

Educate clients about the full range of services offered at 417 Refine and recommend additional treatments to customize a plan to achieve the client's desired results

PART TIME POSITION

Pay: $28.00 - $60.00 per hour includes commission

Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
