Springfield Location MedSpa Manager
The office manager serves as the first point of contact for our employees, provides exceptional customer service and administrative support, able to navigate all admin roles within the clinic. This role is essential in creating the welcoming atmosphere that 417 Refine is known for, managing client functionality, payroll, KPIs, growth and goal setting, staff morale, managing all staff, and ensuring smooth operations for the entire office. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational and leadership skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to handle numerous tasks with multiple high priority items efficiently.
Ideal candidates are dependable, honest, outgoing, and self-motivated with excellent communication, excel in customer service, as well as possess and inspire strong leadership skills.
This position requires a proactive approach to guest relations, employee managing, and an unwavering commitment to providing outstanding service and growth in a dynamic, busy, high revenue, and the elevated environment that we have curated 417 Refine to become.
RESPONSIBILITIES

May assist with front desk duties. Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out processes.

Manage/assist with phone systems to handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, scheduling appointments, etc.

Provide excellent customer support by addressing guest needs and resolving issues promptly.

Maintain accurate records through data entry and filing systems to ensure efficient office operations.

Utilize computerized systems for booking management and guest information updates.

Assist with administrative tasks such as handling correspondence, managing schedules, and coordinating with other departments.

Management of staff- clocking in/out, payroll monitoring, disciplinary action, hiring, and more.

Client experience management.

Uphold organizational standards by maintaining a clean and orderly front desk area.

FULL TIME POSITION

Salary includes $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS
-
Previous experience and knowledge with medspa management is required.

Previous experience in customer service or a front desk role is preferred.

Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment is advantageous.

Proficiency in administrative tasks is required.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Joplin Licensed Esthetician
QUALIFICATIONS
-
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our clients. This medical Aesthetician position will be responsible for providing a wide range of advanced services while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Provide a variety of advanced cosmetic treatments, including microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, hydrafacials, LED Light therapy, and customized facials to clients.

Current aesthetics license

Strong knowledge of advanced skin care treatments and ability to educate clients on their skin and the products and treatments we offer.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a welcoming atmosphere.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of focus and high attention to detail.

Ability to adapt to new treatments and services, with a willingness to learn and grow.

Ablility to offer eyelash extensions is preferred but not required.

RN/NP Aesthetic Injector
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Active registered nurse (RN|NP) license in Missouri or compact state
-
Experience as an aesthetic nurse injector strongly preferred or this position may also be hired from our ACADEMY + APPRENTICE Preceptorship programs, Visit www.417-refine.com/417refineacademy for applications and dates offered.

Experience and competence in starting IVs and lab draws preferred

Experience with other advanced cosmetic procedures like chemical peels, microneedling, and PRP is preferred but not required

Conduct thorough client consultations and develop treatment plans

Skilled at assessing facial anatomy and administering injections with precision and attention to detail
-
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and explain procedures clearly and professionally

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in patient care

Positive and optimistic demeanor with a proactive attitude
RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in injecting dermal fillers, neurotoxins, and other advanced aesthetic treatments

Perform consultations to assess clients' aesthetic goals and recommend appropriate treatment plans based on individual needs and expectations

Educate clients on post-treatment care and expected outcomes, providing comprehensive instructions and answering any questions or concerns

Maintain accurate client records, documenting treatments, progress notes, and any adverse reactions in compliance with regulatory standards

Create regular branded content for social media

Participate in training sessions, workshops, and continuing education programs to enhance skills and knowledge in aesthetic nursing practices

Provide professional representation and promotion of the 417 Refine brand and provide an overall excellent client experience

Educate clients about the full range of services offered at 417 Refine and recommend additional treatments to customize a plan to achieve the client's desired results
